Laura received her J.D. from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Common Law. Prior to this, she obtained her Honours B.A. from McMaster University and then went on to complete her M.A. degree in International Relations at McMaster University. Laura was called to the Bar in 2016.

While in law school, Laura worked as an intern at the Senate of Canada in Ottawa. After completing law school, Laura joined a highly reputable criminal defence law firm. She later worked at a prominent full-service law firm in various aspects of litigation before joining a boutique Family Law firm in Toronto, where she had a broad family litigation practice.

Since 2018, Laura has been practising exclusively in the area of family law, advising clients on all matters relating to divorce and family law including child custody and support matters, spousal support, marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, modifications and enforcement of court orders, and division of property. She has been involved in many difficult and complex cases, with experience representing clients in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.

Laura prides herself on working closely with her clients to help them achieve favourable outcomes as quickly and inexpensively as possible, either through negotiated settlements or family court litigation. Recognizing that each client's needs and goals are unique, Laura tailors her approach to the specific circumstances of her client's cases.

Laura is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association.

Laura practices in association with the GOLDSTEIN Divorce & Family Law Group.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys travelling, reading, attending live sporting events, especially the Toronto Raptors, and spending time with her family.
